I've been using Aqua Splash for 8 years now, and they've consistently been outstanding. they show up on schedule, every week, without me having to follow up or worry about it. The water quality is always spot on, clean and perfectly balanced, which makes a huge difference for a pool used as often as ours. When issues have come up (equipment problems, pump troubles, etc.), they've been quick to diagnose and fix things properly instead of just patching them over and then having bigger issues come up. Water testing and chemical balancing, skimming, brushing, vacuuming, emptying baskets, and an equipment check every single visit. If we spot a problem developing, you hear about it before it becomes expensive.
No. Most of our customers aren't. As long as we can reach the pool, we handle it and you get updates.

These terms describe what is included in AquaSplash Pool Services regular pool maintenance service, what is not included, and how additional work is handled. By scheduling or accepting regular service, you agree to these terms.

These items are the "Minimum Provided Services." They define the full scope of regular service.
The owner and employees of AquaSplash Pool Services reserve the right to include or not include any of the following in a regular service visit. These items are examples, not a complete list. When performed, they are a courtesy, not an obligation, and they may instead be declined or quoted as additional work:
Work outside Section 1 can usually be done. Ask us. We will quote it before we do it, and we will not bill you for additional work you have not approved.
AquaSplash Pool Services is licensed and insured to provide pool service and maintenance only. We reserve the right to refer or outsource any and all repair work to licensed and insured contractors. When repair work is performed by an outside contractor, that contractor is responsible for its own work, licensing, and insurance.
We need clear, safe access to the pool and equipment on service days. If access is blocked (locked gates, pets loose in the yard, vehicles or objects blocking equipment), we may skip the visit or perform only the portions we can safely reach, and the visit counts as completed.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version applies to all service after it takes effect, and we will make it available to you on request or on our website.

Full-scope weekly maintenance, done the same thorough way on every visit: the floor gets vacuumed with a Hammerhead machine, tile and Diamondbrite surfaces get brushed down, the surface gets cleaned with the net, and every chemical is tested and maintained — chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer, salt levels, and calcium. Baskets emptied and equipment checked before we leave. Plans start at $100/month; most pools in our area run $100–$140 depending on size and condition. Final quote after we see your pool in person.
